Emptiness Prayer – Miguel Aach

This dogman prays to black Death!
I trust him like the mirror
We meet before late Rothkos
Achieve union before earlier Rothkos
Complete photographic prohibition…
Nothing captures scalar mystery
Saturn floats in every bathtub

Join me for a tribute to our burden
Bullets palindrome to form
Proximate airplanes, TV stations
All thighs splay in preparation
For maternity of ageless grids
Hang that overhead if you wish
I luxuriate in karmic baldness

Nothing is between God and I
The world adorns itself with rivers
Sunburns, programs, paper cups
Circles meaningful from outside
Holy stone of our defeat come down
Terminal velocity pierce spectra to show
Us we are endowed with one thing

One flush and precious fingerprint
Two legs dangling from a black bird
Three thousand feet in the air… yes
We have numbers for no good reason
Other than building milky clots
Sun reflects off a frozen cut berry
Sickle, bouquet, to nothing eternal
