1.
The cold and the rain
The hail, through the night
Shear
by the breath
from the crown
and in the gut
from grace
and
in grace
bloodied
Dizzying refraction
of the light,
a harmonic
spiral

2.
Mosaic and cathedral
buzzing space between the bars
complexity in symmetry
and fractal forms
the firm hand of history
wearing through the rock
intercession, measurement
time, beatification
Humanity
tessera
river out of Eden
the ornamental and eternal
mosaic and cathedral
