1. Sober Loser

Jung said
“find God”

white light fades with time
counting days doesn’t change you
time heals nothing

seven years sober
seven years stolen

2. Stage Fright

I ruined your shot at fame
you ruined my life

we’re even now

relieve yourself of any obligation
you felt you had to me

and don’t look back
you won’t like what you see

3. Lionel Dahmer

Jeffrey Dahmer killed
seventeen men and boys

and his father stood by him
and forgave him

my father called me a
“waste of DNA”
